If you are planning to visit Delos, try to avoid the Holly Spirit Weekend (between 9th to 12th of June). Delos might be very crowded and probably with problems in boat connections, delays and changes of the last moment. Our suggestion is the following, for example for the 14th of June:

You depart from Rafina port either with High Speed2 or Sea Jet2 (both departing between 07:20-07:40 and arriving in Mykonos around 09:55 - approximate cost of economy class at 42, 00 Euro per person per way). (More on Mykonos transportation)

You catch the 11:00 boat to Delos and you can return back to Mykonos with the last boat (15:00). The duration of the trip from Mykonos to Delos is about 30 min. Thus at 15:30 you will be in Mykonos. The cost of the boat is about is 8 Euro per person. Entrance fees to Delos about 6 Euro per person.

You can return to Rafina again by Sea jet 2 (departing from Mykonos at 18:00, arriving in Rafina at 20:40 - approximate cost of economy class is 40-50 Euro per person per way).
