There is a a large selection of banks in Fira, mainly around the main square (Alpha, Eurobank, National Bank, Emporiki and Bank of Piraeus) as well as numerous ATM's at the main villages of Santorini. A branch of the National Bank of Greece is in Kamari, Alpha bank in Oia.

Internationally recognised credit cards are accepted by many restaurants and shops.
