Kamari |
Kamari's black sand stretches for over two kilometres along the eastern coast of the island. On the beach's edge there are numerous cafes, taverns and restaurants (some touristy). There are also many shops selling beach supplies and tourist products. The beach is so large that you can always find a quiet spot. The area directly in front of the restaurants tends to become very crowded in high season. There are numerous outlets for water sports;
water skiing, windsurfing and paddleboats. Daily buses from
