Paros beaches Drios, Pyrgaki, Farangas  

After Golden beach you will reach Drios village. A nice village with a particular history and tradition. It has a nice beach (a bit rocky) below the road that is full of restaurants and coffee bars. You have to step down a few steps in order to reach the beach. 

At the end of the beach you can easily see the wide and big stones with big lines in between that always create the question of what it might have been there! The truth is that these big stones are the ruins of an ancient shipyard.

Drios is definitely worth a visit, to walk around the beach, to see the abandoned "Drionisi". The beaches found beyond Drios village are plentiful and beautiful. Unfortunately most of them are hard to access as the roads are not so good.

Amongst the ones you can visit is Pyrgaki, a small rocky beach, featuring a small church.

A little further down and closer to Aspro Horio you will find the well known Lolantonis beach. Nice small sandy beach with a few houses around and a small taverna, where you can enjoy your lunch. 

Going to Aliki, you will see many nice beaches. The prettiest and the most famous is Farangas beach, previously almost ignored. The road is a bit difficult but it's worth a try to get there.

Aliki is only a few kilometres away, where you can easily enjoy your lunch afterwards. It is the second biggest fishing village after Naoussa, with many nice accommodation facilities, some nice ouzeris and restaurants, music bars and a beautiful sandy beach close to the centre
