Phoeve is built on the upper lever of this small complex and comprises: Ground floor: Entrance into a large open plan lounge consisting of living room with a built on the rock fireplace, dining room for 6 persons and fully equipped kitchen - all separated by arches. There is a built on the rock WC/bath serving guests. Double bedroom with WC/bath en-suite. Interior staircase leads to the first floor: 2 twin bedrooms sharing a built on the rock WC/bath., hallway with private terrace. All bedrooms have their private seaview balcony. Worth mentioning for their artistic attributes are the interior roofs decorated by traditional style wooden logs and the floors which are wooden in bedrooms and engraved marple in hallways and ground floor lounge. At the exterior there is a stone-tiled sun terrace fully equipped with garden furniture, partly shaded by wooden pergola. Stone sills provide a certain degree of privacy from the neighbouring equivalent level villas and residents. Sea water swimming pool shared by another 3 villas.

Key Distances: 5 kms from the airport, 5 kms from the port, 2 kms from the nearest market at Ornos, and 500 m from the local tavernas. The famous night life of Mykonos is at 4.5 kms. The secluded sandy beach of Kapari at 400 m.

Reach: By plane, ferry, catamaran Mykonos is accessible from Athens and many islands. From the airport or port drive to Aghios Ioannis - the villa is located right after the picturesque local yacht port on the way to the beach of Kapari.
