1./ OPERATIONS

Duties : Monitor the day to day smooth operations of the office. Ensure that highest quality of services is provided to all clients on the island. Ensure that highest level of communication is realized between Orbit Travel and its Clientelle (Tour Operators/Travel Agents). Ensure that highest level of communication is realized between Orbit Travel and its providors (Hotels etc). Coordination of staff
Assist/instruct all Reps

Prerequisites: Tourist studies (college/university level)
Experience of at least 3 years in similar position/area
Excellent command of English (one more European language would be an asset)
Computer skills/Internet. Pleasant personality, career orientated, organisational skills.
Own means of transport would be an asset.

2./ RESERVATIONS

Duties: Receive and process hotel reservations.

Prerequisites: Tourist studies or other.
Experience of at least 2 years in similar position/area. Excellent command of English (one more European language would be an asset). Computer skills/Internet. Pleasant personality, career orientated, organisational skills. Own means of transport would be an asset.

3./ PERSONAL ASSISTANT/SECRETARY TO THE SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

Duties: Organize/coordinate the day to day program of Director. Liaison between Director/Clients/Providor. Keep, organize all necessary data. Liaison between Company’s offices.

Prerequisites: Tourist or secretarial studies. Experience of at least 2 years in similar position and sector. Excellent communication skills. Excellent command of English and one more European language. Computer skills/internet. Pleasant personality, career orientated, organisational skills.
