Booking ConditionsPayment
Your Credit card will be charged in Euros (1 Euro equals about 1 USA dollar). Orbit Travel does not charge booking or credit card payment fees. We accept visa and mastercard. A deposit payment of the 50% of the total cost of your booking is required upon confirmation. Full payment is due one month prior to the initial date of your booking. In cases that the booking date is less than one month from the initial dates of your reservation(s) then the whole amount of the booking will be charged straight away. Once your arrangements are decided we will charge your credit card for the deposit or full amount as per our booking conditions. Once your credit card is authorized we will issue and send you via e-mail (or by Fax if you prefer) your documentation. This is your CONFIRMATION showing the arrangements and the total cost of your itinerary and your CONFIRMATION/VOUCHERS, which you need to present to the hotel as proof of the reservation made, and payment. Besides credit card payment, you have also the option to pay by bank tranfer into any of our bank accounts. Please ask us to provide you with our bank account details. In this case the bank receipt should be either faxed or sent by email to our office. Cancelation policyFor cancellations taking place one month or more prior to the arrival date, there are no cancellation fees; consequently full refund will be given (an administration fee of 20 euros per booking will be charged only). For cancellations taking place less than one month prior to the starting date of the booking, cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy of each particular unit or service booked. Refunds cannot be given for unused services, or for schedule or reservation changes made without our prior authorization. For any changes to services booked, you must contact first Orbit Travel.
